Delivery Tariff

All UK mainland floral orders are subject to a delivery charge of £3.50. This will be added to your order at the checkout. In rural areas there may be an additional delivery charge due to the distance to the recipients address to the village where the florist is located. This will be advised upon receipt of your order.

Gifts to be sent with your flower or plant order will not incurr any extra delivery charge.

However if your is from our Gifts & Wine by post a delivery charge of £3.50 applies for non wine gifts.

Wines by post a £5.99 delivery charge is applicable.

International orders are subject to a the standard £3.50 delivery charge. International pricing differences are inclusive with the product price.

Orders within Birmingham, Walsall & Lichfield

We fulfill all orders personally throughout Birmingham, Walsall and Lichfield. This ensures that as you have placed your order with us because you appreciate our styles and services, that we actually design, make-up and deliver your order.

Orders outside our areas

If your order is outside of our delivery areas of Birmingham, Walsall and Lichfield your order will be sent by relay (Flowergram). For relay orders we are only able to relay Medium and Large prices. This is due to us having to adhere to national prices.

Prices

All prices shown include VAT @ 17.50% and the VAT charged inclusive will be showns at the checkout for your reference. Should you require a full vat receipt please contact us and we can arrange the paperwork to be posted for you. VAT registration number 786 6419 91.

The images shown are for a standard size. The standard price gives us a minimum price to recreate the theme.

If however the medium and large size is selected, this gives us the opportunity to give a greater flower selection and to include extra flowers to enhance the theme of the product.

Substitutions

Where possible we will endeavour to make up your order to the product specification. Due to seasonal fluctuations and out of stock items we will substitute with an alternative flower/product which is inkeeping with your order.
